I retain the creator rights to the art thus am allowed to use the commission artworks as samples, use them for promotion purposes and post them on social media.

As the the buyer, you are allowed to use the commissioned piece for personal use e.g. profile pictures, posting on social media platforms, role play and sharing with family as well as friends. You may also print the artwork for personal use and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.

In cases where you wish to purchase the rights to a completed image, you will have to pay a rights fee. You can use the artwork commercially where it is not the primary part of the project. You're not allowed to directly resale the artwork but can use it to indirectly to attract people's attention e.g illustrations for book/album covers, shirts, monetized streams, etc. Email me for a discussion about full rights where resale might be possible.

I do not accept requests for my art to be used for Nfts nor Ai purposes and I do not consent to it even if its done without my knowledge.

I require references in terms of; poses, facial expressions, backgrounds and angles in order for me to bring your vision to life. I will need as many images as you have so feel free to send them. You can send them through Instagram Dms, WhatsApp, Imgur link or pinterest. We can discuss in details about the ideas you already have for the art piece like specific poses, colour palette, notes and I will do my level best to bring your imagination to life.

I have every right to decline any offer I'm not comfortable with drawing for any reason.

50% Payment is required in advance before I start the sketching and the remaining 50% before I deliver the final piece.

Refunds are not allowed after I start working on the artwork.

Small changes during the process are alright but I will charge extra for notable revisions after you have previously approved a step. An example of this would be suddenly requesting additional details not previous discussed.
